The best camping chair ever have!!

The best camping chair ever have!!

It has a head and arm rest, and a place for your beer.

I am using this chair for adventure motorcycle camping, there's nothing better than having something to lean your back on after a long day sitting without back support on a motorcycle.

It packs 6in longer than my old folding camp chair, but I'm glad to make room.

Lightweight Chair - Performs Like Heavier Folding Chairs, But Without the Bulkiness

I was skeptical when I first set up the chair, but I felt it had nice support, though not quite as wide as "regular" heavier folding chairs I own. The only challenge we had with the chair was that my wife sat in it on soft ground (we were camping), leaned back a little too far, and the rear legs sunk in such that she fell backwards. I contribute most of this to poor placement of the chair, although regular folding chairs would be a little less prone to this. What I really like is the way the interlocking parts are attached via elastic cords (like tent pole are) so you don't have to guess what tube goes into what hole. Overall, considering the amazing light weight and compactness of the chair - it folds up into a bag less than two feet long and around six inches wide - I think it's wonderful.

Comfortable & stable. Use motorcycle kickstand plates to keep the legs from sinking into the ground

Comfort and stability were both better than expected. I'm 6' 1" and 207lb and feel like I could sit in it comfortably for an extended period while reading or watching the fire. Didn't feel flimsy when I shifted around. There's no cross-bar under your legs to cut into your legs like some chairs, so I could extend my legs out comfortably. The back angle is such that I could roll a towel or jacket under my neck and lean back for a nap without falling out or tipping over. When done, the chair packed up easily, and fits nicely in my motorcycle top case.

Other reviewers have complained about the legs sinking into soft ground, so I bought 4 bright orange plastic motorcycle kickstand plates, one to put under each leg. They are $8.99/pr on Amazon, flat & almost no weight, so they fit in the bag with the chair. These are designed to keep a motorcycle kickstand from sinking into the ground & have ridges to keep them in place, so they serve the same purpose for my chair.

Sit back and relax!

Light and compact chair! I purchased this because of the arm rests and higher back, which made it much more comfortable! The arm rests let you sink into the chair in a much more relaxed position. The frame is sturdy (see picture), but took a little to figure out the assembly as it did not come with any instructions. (I figured it out by looking at the photos). The bag has hook loops to attach carabiners, etc. I eventually bought a shoulder strap so that I can carry it over my shoulder. Overall a great chair with easy packing and transport.
