Returning An Item Is Easy!

Repackage your gear

Contact our customer and get a return label.

Step 3:

Tape your label to your box and drop it off at your UPS/FedEx store

 

What’s Eligible for Returns?
Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition, functions as expected, and includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories. If the original payment method is unavailable, please contact our customer service team for assistance.


Things to Keep in Mind:
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including the original box, packaging, and manufacturer tags (if applicable).
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. However, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Return Processing:
Once your return arrives at our distribution center, it will take 3–5 business days to process. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return is received and processed.
Warranty Claims:
If your item has a manufacturer defect in materials or workmanship, it may be eligible for a warranty claim. Please contact our customer service with the following details:
  • Order number and purchase date
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the item, including the defective area
Note: Warranty claims are not applicable for damage caused by natural wear and tear, accidents, or items delivered within the last 30 days. For issues within 30 days of delivery, please contact our service team.
Return & Refund Process
Free Return Shipping:
To make returns as easy as possible, we now offer free return shipping for eligible customers within the contiguous U.S. for returns that do not require freight shipping.
  • You can request a return via your Order History or by contacting service team.
  • Once approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
  • Attach the label to your return package and drop it off at any USPS location.
