Cooking with this Outdoor Kitchen

Iv'e not read nor seen anything stating there's something attached to this set controls heat for cooking can someone please explain this to me please

Well thought out design

Relatively lightweight for the utility you get out of this. Pretty compact storage as well and the carrying bag seems to be sturdy enough to last. I like that this folding kitchen sets up and tears down very quickly. From the time you unzip the bag, you can have everything in place in less than a minute. There are velcro tiebacks to keep the flaps to the storage area open and there is mesh in the back to prevent it from catching wind. The canvas material appears to be durable and the work surfaces are thick enough to do the job without being too heavy.
