Limited Warranty
KingCamp stands by the quality of our products and offers a Limited Warranty on all of our camping and outdoor gear. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
What Does the Warranty Cover?
- Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- Damaged or malfunctioning components.
What Does the Warranty Not Cover?
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or abuse.
- Any modifications or alterations made to the product.
- Normal wear and tear of product finishes and materials.
- Incidental or consequential damages.
- Products purchased from unauthorized dealers.
How to File a Warranty Claim

- Proof of purchase (order number, date, and location of purchase).

Kindly be aware that the warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Without valid proof of purchase, we regret to inform you that we won't be able to process any repair requests.
Warranty Terms
1 The warranty period indicated in this table starts from the date of product sale. Should any damage or usability issues arise due to product defects within the warranty period, customers will receive a free replacement or compensation, and all associated costs will be covered by the seller.
2 If damage occurs outside the warranty period due to product-related issues, a repair plan can be arranged, and spare parts will be provided at no extra cost. Costs will be discussed and agreed upon by both parties.
3 All items are eligible for a 30-day return or exchange without any specific reason. If the issue is attributed to the seller or the product itself, the seller will cover the shipping costs. However, if the matter doesn’t concern the product itself, the shipping costs will be covered by the buyer.
